Every evening our guests will be spoiled with the finest South Tyrolean and Italian-Mediterranean cuisine in the former Court and Residence Parlours: seasonal menus featuring several courses with exclusive appetizers, crispy salads, fresh fruit and local cheese specialties. An opulent buffet awaits you for breakfast and from 3-5 pm there are Sonnenburg cakes and South Tyrolean snacks. The highlight for everyone with a sweet tooth is the dessert buffet every Saturday evening.

Chestnut cream soup
with Hokkaido pumpkin and rosemary

and “taleggio” cheese foam

Halibut in green bread crust with aioli sauce,
served with black salsify and puree of carrots
