Every evening our guests will be spoiled with the finest South Tyrolean and Italian-Mediterranean cuisine in the former Court and Residence Parlours: seasonal gourmet menus featuring several courses with exclusive appetizers, crispy salads, fresh fruit and local cheese specialties. An opulent buffet awaits you for breakfast and from 3-5 pm there are Sonnenburg cakes and South Tyrolean snacks. The highlight for everyone with a sweet tooth is the dessert buffet every Saturday evening.
